About Kiara

I'd describe my personality as understanding, patient, outgoing. I like working with kids because they are in the stages where they are sponges. I believe, even at 20, that I could have a strong impact. They're curious, playful, smart, and much more. I learn from them as much as they learn from me. I'm studying child development and would like to apply as I learn. I'm looking for a job that I enjoy coming to and that I can build relationships through. I started working with kids in 2017. I did things like help with homework, prepare snacks, singing the clean up song while cleaning, changing diapers and cleaning up children/changing outfits when messes were made, etc. In my spare time, I like to try new foods, listen to music, and go sightseeing. One thing you should know about me is I am understanding. If you had something come up I would have no problem covering any extra time for you. I think communication is very important. My skills include compassion, patience, and communication.
