After she applied to our posting, we contacted her to arrange an interview, but received no response after 24 hours. We reached out again, but still heard nothing! Why bother applying and sharing your contact information if you're not responsive? This behavior is quite puzzling. Prompt communication is crucial, especially when applying to care for someone else's children. This behavior definitely raised some red flags.
