About Khrista

I received a master degree in Australia in elementary teaching. I worked with 3rd and 4th grade for 8 years. Although my Masters is recognised in the USA, I am not currently credentialed in CA to teach. I also just finished with and an EdS in School Psychology. I spent my life working with children in various roles. I was a babysitter/ nanny for 6 years, I worked in After School Care at a primary school, a Preschool Teacher (6 months) as a teacher's aid and as a substitute teacher while I worked on my next degree. As a teacher, I was trained in CPR, first aid and anaphylaxis in Feb 2022. I consider myself upbeat, patient and nurturing. I love working with kids and feel that they are family. I am passionate about helping them grow academically and socially but I make sure they have fun doing it. It is my hope that I will have a wonderful relationship with the children and their families and that together we can accomplish many goals.
