As a childcare provider with eight years of experience, I'm committed to nurturing and supporting children's growth and well-being. My passion for care giving stems from my positive experiences in previous babysitting roles and my desire to make a positive impact on young lives. I believe that open and honest communication is essential, so I provide regular updates to parents about their child's day and any issues that arise. I also follow the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, ensuring a consistent and respectful environment for the children in my care.
