Making a difference in someone's life is what truly motivates me. For the past 10 years, I've had the privilege of supporting adults and seniors, fostering their well-being and independence. As a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Home Health Aide, I provide transportation, run errands, do light housekeeping, and prepare meals. I'm experienced in adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion with patience. I always follow the family's preferred communication method, whether it's written reports or verbal updates. Respecting a person's independence is important to me.
