About Keyla

I am a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) with experience working with children and supporting their developmental and behavioral needs. I have over four years of experience caring for and working with children of different ages, including children with autism and special needs. I am patient, responsible, and passionate about creating a safe, structured, and positive environment where children can learn and grow. My background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) allows me to support communication, social skills, and positive behaviors through engaging and educational activities. I am available to provide childcare on weekends and evenings, and I am comfortable assisting with playtime, learning activities, routines, and supervision. I am also trained in First Aid and CPR and communicate regularly with parents to ensure their child's needs are met. I speak English and Spanish, and my goal is to make every child feel supported, safe, and happy while in my care.
