About Keya

I'd describe my personality as spontaneous, outgoing, and fun! I like working with kids because I never get bored there is always something new when it comes to working with kids and I love that! I started working with kids when I was in 7th grade. I would volunteer at a local church's vacation bible school program. and when I got to high school I was enrolled in an early childhood education class for 3 consecutive years where I would work with kids 3 times a week. I was also a daycare teacher for a year working with infants to elementary aged children! my top 3 childcare skills: 1. When it comes to difficult situations, I am very understanding. Because of the early childhood classes i've taken I feel I can better understand where a child's mindset would be when there's conflict 2. I pride myself on my creativity! I love arts and crafts and coming up with fun games for kids to play 3. I have lots of energy, so I would definitely be able to keep up with younger kids!
