Keva was one of 50+ people applying to our job post. After speaking on the phone with 14 applicants, Keva was one of the 5 people we interviewed face to face. Keva was punctual and friendly. During the interview it was clear that Keva is a very experienced caregiver. Her examples were detailed and she could clearly articulate and describe what we could expect from her on a day to day basis. It became very difficult to make a final decision between 2 candidates and we invited Keva to spend half a day with my mother in law and the 2 kids. Keva was very loving to our baby daughter and cared for her very well. We were very lucky to have 2 candidates with only positive traits and many strengths. In the end we decided to work with the other candidate full time but we plan on using Keva as she is a wonderful person and carer.
