Kate was ok in the beginning, months went by and it began to be too much once I cut back the hours her whole demeanor changed . Not once but twice she cancelled same day and waited until 20 min before she was supposed to arrive to let me know. She then came to my home unannounced while another sitter was here. Text me to see if I was home(I wasn't). She came and entered anyway. Very unprofessional in my opinion and weird to text me as if she hadn't stopped by. Originally she showed a little favoritism to one of my twins I checked it IMMEDIATELY things did change.
