I am a compassionate and detail-oriented Certified Home Health Aid with two years of experience providing hospice services, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medical management. I respect the independence of care recipients and adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I communicate with families through written daily reports, regular updates via text or phone call, and by following their preferred method.
