Experience: 6 yrs
I babysat randomly throughout junior high and high school. I was a part time nanny my senior year. I also worked for three years in an elementary school's after school program and summer program. My mom passed away when I was 20 years old, leaving behind my three school age siblings. Naturally being the eldest, I stepped in and helped my dad raise them. I have taken numerous college courses in child education and psychology. I have volunteered in a daycare/preschool. I have tutored kids with reading and homework. I have worked at a hospital for the past two years, a year and seven months of that time has been spent solely on the children's unit. While I was there, I helped care for up to 20 children with mental and behavioral disabilities at a time.

Keshia was a very responsible person. She was a babysitter for my four children for many years. Whenever I came home my children were always well cared for and happy. She often did extra jobs around my home without being asked as well. I would highly recommend her for future jobs.
