I've been in elder care for just about 30 years. Started in a home care lab doing house calls. I've done med asst/reception. I'm currently the office manager for a visiting dr's service for seniors. I have experience with dementia as well. I'm married with two kids, ages 18 & 20. I'm honest, reliable, detail oriented, patient I like caring for seniors because I love the stories, wisdom and knowledge they bring. I'm looking for a job that is flexible. Assistance with cleaning, meal prep, laundry, going for walks, shopping, keep them company and other senior tasks. I cared for ny grandmother for years, she had frontal lobe dementia. In my spare time, I like to be with my family/friends, bake/cook, go walking, travel, comedy, gardening, volunteer at the local rescue My skills include companionship, household chores, cooking, staying active and all kinds of healthcare administration.
