. I have over four years of experience working in memory care and assisted living, and I previously served as a Director of Life Enrichment. In that role, I focused on creating meaningful, engaging days that truly improved quality of life, which is something I still carry with me in my work every day. I have a genuine passion for elderly care, especially dementia support, and I continue to pursue ongoing education so I can provide the best care possible. I understand how emotional and overwhelming this journey can be, not just for the individual, but for their family as well. I always approach my work with patience, compassion, and a deep respect for everyone involved. My goal is to make each day feel special, comfortable, and full of small moments of joy.
