I bring over three years of hands-on experience in assisted living and memory care, with a deep personal and professional commitment to supporting older adults. I previously served as Head of the Life Enrichment Department in Richmond, where I designed and led programs that promoted dignity, connection, and quality of life for residents at all stages of aging. My background includes specialized training in memory care and dementia support, as well as current CPR and BLS certifications. My passion for senior care is deeply personal--my grandparents lived with dementia, and I was closely involved in their care, which shaped my compassionate, patient, and person-centered approach. I believe seniors deserve to feel respected, engaged, and genuinely cared for, not just looked after. Building trust, creating meaningful moments, and supporting both clients and families is at the heart of the work I do.
