She showed strong leadership and exceptional expertise in childcare, confidently handling children of different age groups with patience and care. She is very compassionate, attentive, and genuinely loving toward the kids. No child was ever left unattended, and she made sure everything ran smoothly, especially during busy moments. Ms. Kerrie is also very polite, fun to work with, and always on time. I learned a lot from working alongside her, and her leadership made a big difference in ensuring the children were safe, happy, and well cared for.
