Hello, I'm a mom of 4 grown children and I've fostered 31. I hold several DCF childcare certifications. I'm a Gramma to 4 boys, 2 being twins. My dog Eleanor, is a mini Australian Shepherd who is friends with everyone. Since I have an empty nest I have some time to share and thought I could use my skills and experience to help other parents with their littles. I previously directed a private day care in Mandarin and taught preschool for several years. I owned a licensed home day care while at the same time fostering and homeschooling. I have no problem with multitasking! I like the flexibility of being part of a family team and willing to drive to activities, etc. (Gas mileage negotiable for activities).
