Even though I only have 1 year of Caregiving experience, I have found through personal experience, I have great compassion, kindness and patience to take care of the elderly. I started being a Caregiver when my late husband was involved in a motorcycle accident back in 2022. He suffered a Traumatic Brain injury that lead to a stroke. He needed full assistance with everything. I had to be a full time nurse, CNA, physical therapist and speech therapist. I tended to all of his ADL's. He had dementia and I had to learn how to cope with that and how to handle him while navigating all of his injuries and keeping him as healthy and happy as I could. Through him though, I found out that I had a unique set of skills and compassion for Seniors that motivates me to give the best care they deserve.
