I can’t say enough about Kenya. It was so difficult worrying about helping my elderly mother and living 2hours away. Thankfully I found Kenya! She was so devoted to carrying for my 87 year old mother. Not only is she very skilled as a caregiver she also has a wonderful sense of humor and was a good companion for my mom. Her duties included preparing light meals, assisting her with bathing and dressing, making doctor appointments, keeping track of appointments and transporting her with wheelchair to various appointments and outings to have haircuts, manicures, etc. She kept track of all Mom’s daily medications and put them in weekly dispensers as well as ordering refills as needed. I had complete confidence in her judgment. She would also text to alert me about concerns, like telemarketers asking for personal information. I have recently moved my mother into an assisted living facility closer to my home. I’ll be forever grateful to Kenya for the year she spent taking such good care of her in her own home.
