For the past decade, I've dedicated myself to providing compassionate care for adults and seniors. My passion lies in supporting their well-being and independence, and I find immense satisfaction in making a positive impact on their lives, while also supporting their families. As a home health aide, I'm experienced in respite care, transportation, hospice services, errands, personal care, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I also assist with dementia care, medical management, and mobility. I'm adept at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion. I provide written daily reports and verbal updates, always following the family's preferred communication method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me. I am CPR and First Aid certified. I have a high school degree and a car, and I am comfortable with pets. I am professional, detail-oriented, friendly, and approachable.
