About Kennedy

As a nurturing and experienced childcare provider, I bring a wealth of knowledge and compassion to caring for children. My journey began when I was younger, witnessing the need for individuals who could empathize and advocate for children. This inspired me to take on the responsibility of caring for foster children at the age of 18 which led to what I do now as a full time working in ABA and advocating for neurodivergent children and adults. With over five years of experience, I have honed my skills and approach to childcare. Patience, creativity, and friendliness guide my interactions with children, enabling me to create a safe and nurturing environment. I prioritize open communication with parents, providing written daily reports, verbal updates at pickup, and regular text or phone call updates to ensure everyone is on the same page. My comfort level with enforcing household rules allows me to maintain a structured and consistent environment for the children in my care.
