As a childcare provider with over 7 years of experience, I find great joy in supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of children. I am known for being patient, calm, and friendly, which helps create a nurturing environment for the children in my care. When communicating with parents, I prioritize open and honest communication. I provide verbal updates at pickup and follow their preferred communication method to ensure they are well-informed about their child's day and any issues that arise. I believe in following the parents' lead when it comes to enforcing household rules, as each family has their own unique approach. I am comfortable caring for up to three children at a time and have experience with a wide range of age groups, from infants to preteens. My educational background includes some college, and I am certified in CPR Training.
