Kendra was a fantastic caretaker for our son (from 2.5-4.5 months old - a fussy time for many babies). She was with us for about 9-10 weeks while I was transitioning from my maternity leave back to work. She picked up on our routine very quickly and quickly learned his cues. She taught me (a FTM) many things that I continue to use today. He adored her and would light up every time he saw her. She gave helpful advice but was never pushy and also wanted to adhere with our suggestions/asks. She was also very energetic with him, sang and read to him and focused on his development (both motor and mental). She is also very knowledgable about infant sleep which was a high priority for us. He was always very well rested and sleeping through the night at an early age. We are sending our son to daycare near my work, otherwise would have loved to keep Kendra as his permanent nanny. Highly recommend her!
