About Kendra

I'd describe my personality as passionate, dependable, and attentive! I like working with kids because they bring such a fun, fresh energy to everything. I really enjoy being part of their growth. Whether that's helping with homework, encouraging creativity , or just being someone they can trust and feel safe with. Every child is different, and I love getting to know their personalities and finding ways to connect with them. Caring for children doesn't feel like a job to me it feels meaningful, and I genuinely care about making sure kids are happy, engaged, and well cared for. I'm looking for a job that provides effective communication, a happy and healthy work environment, and an open minded/ thoughtful employer! I started working with kids my freshman year of college in 2022. I've had numerous families i've cared after. Also have developed great relationships with all of the families I have worked with! One thing you should know about me is i'm very respectful and responsible!
