I'm saddened to say that Kendra stopped messaging me the day we were scheduled to meet and help my father in law move into his new home. It may have been the fact I requested a start time change from noon to 4. I only asked this of her because she stated she was available all day needless to say the movers changed their start time. We were very much needing her assistance, offering to pay her highest requested rate. Any kind of response would have muted my review.
