About Kendra

Hello, my name is Kendra, and I bring over 20 years of experience in childcare and youth development. For the past 10 years, I have worked closely with students with disabilities, supporting their academic, emotional, and developmental needs. I have spent the last five years in school-based settings, collaborating with educators and families to create structured, nurturing learning environments. My experience includes developing lesson plans, designing developmental programs, and creating individualized schedules for families to support consistency, growth, and healthy development at home and in school. I am deeply committed to fostering positive relationships with children and families and believe that every interaction is an opportunity to encourage confidence, learning, and well-being.
