I interviewed Kendel and called her references including her coach. References gave great reviews. We were scheduled to start babysitting services and Kendel stopped responding to all text messages 2 days before she was supposed to start. It is so rude and inconsiderate to commit to a job and leave families hanging. I had to cancel meetings and change my work schedule last minute to make other arrangements for my kids. I am so disappointed!
