Regardless of age or environment, my focus remains the same: timely and effective communication, building a strong relationship with parents and children, and learning through play. I provide regular updates with photos. I establish at the outset of the relationship how parents prefer to discuss expectations and make adjustments as needed in response to the child's growth. It brings me joy to get to know a child and discover their interests, strengths, and the ways in which they learn best. Allowing the child to take the lead in play gives me an opportunity to evaluate milestones progress and preferences. It provides the child with the opportunity to communicate in their language and to expand their vast imaginations. I look forward to learning more about your family!

Kendall has very recently become my 24-month-old child's nanny. After just TWO days my child enjoys Kendall's company and has learned to identify and express certain emotions - she woke up this morning "testing" her dad and I on how to express sad, happy, and angry. It's very exciting to see Kendall's impact on our child after just 2 days, and we can't wait to experience what else our child learns from Kendall.
