Hi! My name is Kendall, and I'm a dependable, patient, and attentive caregiver with a strong background in responsibility, teamwork, and people-focused work. I'm currently a graduate student and a former Division I college basketball player, which taught me discipline, time management, and how to stay calm in fast-paced situations. My work history includes facility operations roles at Life Time and participation in the Disney College Program, where safety, consistency, and guest care were top priorities. These experiences helped me develop strong communication skills, situational awareness, and a safety-first mindset, as well as the ability to follow routines and adapt to different needs. I'm organized, reliable, and respectful, and I take pride in being someone families can trust.
