To keep it short(ish) - I have experience, I'm great with kids, they (usually) love me, and I'm open to whatever is comfy for you prior to setting anything in stone, you can't hand your world to just anyone I know. I'd like to hear what you do regularly; then create a plan for me to fit the needs of your kiddo. My 'why' mentality - everybody wants a why for things; why are we doing this, etc - as well as my 'don't cry over spilled milk' demeanor.
