About Kelsie

Hello, my name is Kelsie! I have been babysitting every since my mid-teenage years. I've taken care of many children from the ages of 4 months up until 10 years old. The family that I babysat for the longest period of time had children 4 months, 2 years, and 3 years old. I have spent anywhere from 2 hours babysitting to spending an overnight at the house and watching the children. I've dealt with circumstances such as having the power go out during bad storms and having no access to electricity for extended periods of time. I'm currently a nursing student at the University at Buffalo. I have done pediatric rotations which have helped me learn to care for really sick children. I am Basic Life Support certified as well. I like being active in giving back to the community through service and do that a lot through Alpha Phi Omega which is the Co-ed Professional Service Fraternity that I am a member of. I love the outdoors including rock climbing, hiking, or just spending the day outside. I hope to use my future nursing degree to take care of children.
