About Kelsie

My name is Kelsie, I am a sophomore at Xavier University, and originally from Indiana. I would describe myself as a patient, creative, and hard working individual. I have had around 4 years of child care experience. My youngest brother is 6 years old so I have helped my mom care for him since he was an infant and I also have provided child care for my neighbors, grade school aged kids, and my 5-month-old cousin. I am able to clean around the house, help with homework, cook, and engage children in activities that don't include technology. I enjoy working with kids because it brings me joy and it lights up my day! Growing up as the oldest I have had lots of experience with all ages. I love how adventurous children are and how different each day can be. After college I plan on becoming an pediatric occupational therapist. In my free time I like to read, hand out with friends, shop, workout, and spend time with my family.
