About Kelsi
Experience: 3 yrs
Hello! My name is Kelsi. I am currently certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in behavior analysis. I provide direct care and services to children with intellectual/developmental disabilities, typically ages 3-11. My work aims to enhance their quality of life, promoting positive changes in behavior and communication. I graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University and earned my Bachelor of Science in Psychology in May of 2024! I have a true passion for childcare, which motivates me daily. I would love nothing more than to help out and be a caregiver for families in my area!
