About Kelsey

I'd describe my personality as easy going, creative and nurturing. I like working with kids because it comes natural to me and I enjoy teaching and building those stepping stones with play. I'm looking for a job that values outdoor time and positive reinforcement as parenting styles. I started working with kids when I was in high school. In my spare time, I like writing, web development, and feeding the ducks One thing you should know about me is my availability is completely open, and I can work on a PRN basis. Also, I have a Bachelors in Psychology with an emphasis in Child and Adolescent Development from the University of Missouri- Columbia. My skills include crisis de-escalation and mediation, strengthening cognitive development, and operating on a schedule, or lack thereof depending on the needs of the family.
