About Kelsey

Hi there! While I have been babysitting since my early teenage years- I have 6 years experience as an out of school time educator, during which I developed educational after school programming for K-12 youth. I am excited to return back to babysitting while completing my Master's in Special Education this year at Pitt. I believe in the power of play and seek to incorporate learning tools and activities into games and projects centered around child interest. My time as a Director of Educational Programming has equipped me with countless art projects, STEAM activities, and games that I would love to bring into babysitting. I am very loving, patient and creative and have a passion for mentoring and educating youth. I am in tune with the ever changing interests of children and love providing activities that children will find entertaining. Babysitting is something I love doing because everyday is different and new, and it's amazing to be a small step along a child's journey.
