Kelsey is fantastic! Her background in child care is obvious, as her interactions with our son are full of wonder and enthusiasm. She is a clear communicator and timely responder, and goes above and beyond the bare minimum, even helping us by providing boxes and newspapers for a recent move! We’re stoked we found her!

Kelsey is fantastic! Super knowledgeable, and truly cares for your little one as if it’s her own. She really took her time to get to know our needs, routine, timeline etc. We have a 7 month old and she watched her while we went on a dinner date night. Of course that day our daughter was teething and her nap schedule was a bit thrown off. Kelsey easily adapted and got her to sleep with no problem. We’ll be using Kelsey again in the future!

Kelsey is awesome! She is an experienced nanny, with over a decade of experience, AND she is also great at working collaboratively with parents (which was important to us).  She was our daughter's nanny from the age of 4.5 months to 9.5 months. She always respected and supported our approach to parenting. 

Kelsey has a magical touch with soothing and napping. For example, our daughter has always struggled with napping, and for a variety of reasons, sleep training was not a good fit for our family. When we hired Kelsey, we were doing “contact napping to lengthen our daughter’s naps. Kelsey didn’t have previous experience holding babies for naps, but she was willing and able to follow our approach with napping and with everything else. We affectionately called her the "nap ninja" because she was so good at getting our daughter to sleep. 

Kelsey is wonderful at planning kid-friend crafts projects. She found a completely mess-free way for our daughter to make a painting at 6 months old! She also planned ahead when my family was visiting, so that they could make and paint salt clay footprints with our daughter during their visit. 

In addition to her many child-related talents, she is a professional organizer, who is always willing to help out around the house. She took pride in finding ways to help make our household run more smoothly. Thank you, Kelsey!

Kelsey is an absolute dream to work with. She has a history of success in this field and all of her "kids" love her - especially ours. Kelsey is flexible, helpful around the house, treats everyone with respect and an all around rock star with our kids. She establishes a routine early on and continually comes up with fun activities. I completely trust Kelsey with my children and whoever gets to work with her in the future will be very fortunate.

We have know Kelsey for several years and she's worked for us as a sitter as well as several of our close friends.
