I have worked with children since I was a teenager. I started out by babysitting and volunteering as a camp counselor through my church. As I got older I worked in preschools as an assistant teacher and am familiar with Montisori and Reggio programs. I used to work as a nanny for 2 kids and was with the same family for 4 years! Unfortunately, they moved to a different state at the end of summer and I chose not to relocate with them. Currently I am working as a teacher's aide at a Montesorri school full time, but I am missing the one-on-one experience I get with nannying.

Kelsey nannied for our family for 3 years and is stellar! We are so sad to see her move out of the area. She's reliable, flexible, patient, and supportive of our parenting approach. She mostly worked with our youngest son from ages 2-5, but also our two older kids (now 14 and 18) and the kids love her. She supported our family through many ups and downs through the years and will be sorely missed. Any other family would be lucky to hire her!
