Hi! I am Kelsey- A postpartum doula. I am here for the important time after birth! The postpartum period isn't talked about nearly as much as many other aspects of pregnancy and birth. Often times women are sent home after bringing a new baby/babies into this world and can be completely overwhelmed. Rest being one of the biggest challenges and also the most important for your healing. Let me help you with newborn cares. Daytime Support- I will take care of the baby while you rest, shower, go for a walk, go get a massage! Light housekeeping. Emotional and physical support after birth. Home-cooked meals. (Usually 4-6 hours at a time) Night Time support- Sometimes you just need a good nights sleep to recharge. I will be there to comfort and soothe the baby while you sleep. As well as feed the baby or bring them to you if you are breastfeeding, change them as needed. (8 hour Minimum)
