Kelsey is really great at meeting the needs of each child she babysits. Whether the child has special needs or is a teenager with some sass, she is able to adapt. As a young teenager Kelsey started babysitting a sweet little girl with severe Asperger's and although it was difficult it shaped Kelsey it a wonderful caretaker.
