About Kelsey

I am currently attending SUNY Cortland College with an Early Childhood Education major. I have worked with and observed infants on an on campus child care center. I have also assisted in a preschool classroom. The preschool class was between the ages of four and five. Last summer, I was a nanny for two children who were the age of seven. They were one boy and one girl. I would watch the children from 7-3:30 Monday through Friday. While watching them, I would bring them to camp and pick them up as well as do activities with the children such as bringing them to the pool. I have also been a babysitter for one family for about 10 years. I no longer babysit them but do keep in constant contact. One of the children is on the Autism spectrum.

Kelsey has worked and volunteered in at the Nursery School for several years during her school breaks. She is responsible and courteous to the children and their parents and treats them with much kindness. She anticipates their needs but still allows the children the time to express themselves to help them grow. It is always a pleasure to have Kelsey in our school.
