About Kelly
Experience: 10 yrs
Hello- I've had the pleasure of working with neurodivergent students from age 5 to age 21. I have also tutored in general academic subjects (elementary-high school), test prep, life skills, etc. I have a Masters degree in Special Education and 18 years of experience in the school system as an educator, reading specialist and administrator. Presently, I run a small tutoring and mentoring business and teach multiple subject areas. I specialize in the areas of reading and writing, as well as ADHD coaching. I've been trained in multiple reading intervention programs over the years and utilize a multi-sensory approach. I am comfortable communicating with other educators as well as advocating for parents in IEP meetings. I truly believe in meeting the child where they are presently, building their confidence and creating their pathway for growth academically along the way!

Kelly is very patient and helpful. She has worked with my child for several months and I've seen so much progress. We've used other tutoring services in the past and the experience was not as positive. My child is actually excited to work with their tutor Kelly! I would highly recommend her!
