About Kelly

Hi! I'm Mi'Chael (pronounced my-kell), but everyone calls me Kelly! I'm 20 and have 3 years of professional experience working with children and youth, from preschoolers to teens. I've worked with Kennedy Krieger, Celebree Preschool, the Baltimore Children & Youth Fund, and Banner Neighborhoods, supporting children and youth in educational, behavioral, and career-focused settings. I'm currently obtaining my RBT certification and have previous Behavioral Technician experience, including working with children with special needs, following curriculums, and completing daily reports. I'm also CPR/BLS certified through the American Heart Association and Youth Mental Health First Aid certified. I'm passionate about building genuine connections with kids and creating a safe, fun, and supportive environment. I'd love to meet your family!
