Making a difference in someone's life is my passion. As a Certified Home Health Aide with one year of experience, I'm dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. My previous roles have reinforced my desire to positively impact their lives. I am patient, compassionate, and friendly. I build connections with care recipients by understanding their preferences and personal history. I communicate with families through written daily reports, verbal updates, and regular texts or phone calls. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion with care. I provide services such as errands, light housekeeping, and meal preparation. I have some college experience. I speak English, Portuguese, and Spanish. I am also CPR and First Aid trained.
