Hi, my name is Kelly. I love working with kids, I am great with pets, and looking for a full time nanny job as I wrap up my 3 year stretch with my current nanny family. The kiddos are headed to kindergarten & I am looking for a new family to pour my love and energy into. I have 5+ years of nanny experience in total. I also am a co-owner of an Equine focused business that is centered around the use of horses to develop social emotional learning skills for both kids and adults (formally known as Equine Assisted/Facilitated Learning). Previous to being a nanny I worked as a behavior therapist for kids with special needs doing behavioral/ABA therapy and an afterschool science teacher for an elementary school (ages k-5). I currently have a bachelors of science degree in psychology from Colorado State University. I am reliable, hardworking, and consistent. I love what I do & I would love to talk further! We have been incredibly fortunate to have Kelly care for our boy-girl twins full time since January 2024, when they were two and a half years old until now when they're preparing to enter full time kindergarten. She has provided loving, attentive care while keeping them active, engaged, and learning every day. She prioritized reading, games, crafts, outdoor play, and hands-on learning over screen time, helping them develop early academic skills, curiosity, and confidence. She also supported physical therapy exercises at home when needed and consistently ensured they were safe, well cared for, and happy. What stands out most is the positive impact she has had on our children's development. Our twins are entering kindergarten as some of the youngest students, yet they are entering school socially, academically, and physically prepared. We believe her daily support, patience, and encouragement played a significant role in helping them reach this point. Most importantly, our children adore her, and we have trusted her completely. The only reason having Kelly as our full-time nanny is ending is because our twins will now be in school. We intend to still contact Kelly for babysitting in the future! We recommend Kelly wholeheartedly and know she will be a wonderful addition to another family.
