Before now, I have worked for 3 other senior care companies, but I've had the opportunity to work privately and found that more rewarding. The best part of being a home health aide for the elderly is being a companion and lending a helping hand in their daily routines, especially with errands, pill reminders, meal prep, and light housekeeping. An added bonus of this job is getting to know/building relationships with families' loved ones.
