We hired Kelly full-time to help out with our boy/girl twins when they were 1.5 to 3 years old before they started preschool. Kelly is warm, sweet, extremely patient (she dealt with constant toddler meltdowns), and does as told without any hesitation. Kids naturally gravitate towards her, not just mine, but all kids. She clearly loves children and truly invests in their well-being when they are in her care. Also she is fun, creative and entertaining! She was always accommodating with last minutes schedule changes and never complained. Highly recommend.
