I have several years experience as a caregiver. My first experience was working in an Adult Foster Care home with 6 residents with dementia/Alzheimer's. I worked from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. about 4 days a week, and on my days off I worked at an assisted living facility as a bath aid. Working several years as a caregiver has given me more compassion and patience, made me very humble and honored to care for some of the most amazing people.
