Childcare Provider with over 20 years of experience seeking part-time Nanny and/or Babysitting work. I began babysitting during high school for my English teacher and have continued to do ever since. While attending UVA, I volunteered with the Madison House Daycare Program at a Presbyterian Church in the Infant Room for 2 years. The majority of my babysitting experience is with newborns/infants to 3-years-old, but I have worked with older children, ages 4 through 12, as well as children with special needs, such as dietary restrictions (gluten-intolerance) and ADHD. I love reading to children since I have a theater background, playing games as well as doing arts & crafts. I am also Pediatric and Adult First Aid/CPR/AED Certified. I love animals (especially cats!) so I have no problem working in homes with pets present. I also have my own transportation (2011 Buick Regal) if you would like to put in a car seat for drop-offs or pick-ups.
