Words can't express how wonderful Kelly is. Kelly started watching my daughter full-time when she was 5 months old. She is amazing with infants and kept a detailed schedule of feedings and naps. Kelly was great at communicating, even sending me photos throughout the day. For several months we did a nanny share with Kelly and our neighbor and Kelly juggled both babies with grace and ease. It's been incredible to see Kelly's relationship with my daughter evolve over the years as the two of them now talk to one another, have favorite books that they like to read, and songs that they like to sing. My daughter LOVES Kelly. She is incredibly nurturing, kind, hard working, and great at communicating. Kelly has an amazing memory for detail, never forgets a birthday, and genuinely cares about the children she cares for, even after they've entered preschool and they're no longer with her full time. Kelly has become an extension of our family over the years and is a true gift to any child.
