Kelly was with our son from when he was 10 months old to about four months shy of 3 years old. You can easily tell the quality of care he receives by how ecstatic he is every time he sees her. She talks to him, plays with him, helps him learn new skills, and is still checking in even though she no longer regularly watches him. We felt very lucky the moment we hired her.
