I like to help people, plain and simple! That is why I first went into nursing. I like seniors because they have a lot to teach me, as far as life is concerned. They are usually very grateful, which allows me to feel like I am making a difference. We all have to get old, it's just part of life. Having a sense of humor about it and a good attitude is a necessity, in my opinion. I like to lighten the load for them, listen to them and help them grow old with dignity. I stopped nursing to raise my own family, and now all these years later, I want to go back to the core reason I started, because I care.

Kelly is warm, knowledgeable, cheerful, and empathetic, and I highly recommend her to anyone who has a chance to work with her! We hired her for a month to act as a night caregiver for my 89-year-old dad, and our experience with her was exceptional. Kelly was very easy to communicate with and never complained, even when our father - normally a pretty sound sleeper - began waking up at all hours of the night. She cajoled him to eat and made him smile with her jokes. Halfway through the month, our father’s health unexpectedly rapidly declined and he passed away. Kelly played an absolutely critical role in supporting us, keeping my father comfortable during his last days and making every effort to ease the process. We cannot thank her enough for all she has done for our family!
