About Kelly

Kelly has been part of our family's life for more than three years. She began caring for our daughters when they were 10 months and 4 years old, and she continues to care for them today, now ages 4 and 7. What has impressed us most over the years is how naturally Kelly grows alongside the children. The care a 10-month-old needs looks nothing like what a 7-year-old needs, and she has adapted thoughtfully through every stage. She has strong infant experience and a genuine understanding of child development, which she continues to deepen because she cares about doing this work well. She is also wonderful with our girls. She's gentle when they're upset, and she takes real interest in who they are, nurturing their curiosity with crafts and books and loving to explore the city and show them new things. Our daughters enjoy their time with her, and that has made all the difference. Kelly is also calm and capable in the moments that test every caregiver. She's a master at handling a tantrum or a refused nap, and she follows schedules and family requests closely. She is conscientious, patient, and dependable, and she takes the responsibility of caring for children seriously. In three years we have never once questioned whether ours were safe or well looked after, and she has been a steady, reassuring presence in our home. We feel fortunate to have Kelly in our children's lives, and we recommend her warmly to any family seeking someone knowledgeable, dependable, and trustworthy. Whoever welcomes her into their home will be in good hands.
